These terms govern your use of Pitchitz (“the Service”), provided by Grandfield Media Private Limited (CIN U85499TS2026PTC221225), No 93 Koundinya Nagar, Nr Prathibha High School, I.E. Nacharam, Uppal, Hyderabad 500076, Telangana, India (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your business.
Pitchitz stores your customer list, services and leads, sends cold-pitch follow-up emails to your customers from your own verified sending domain, receives their replies, and lets you reply from within the Service.
You are responsible for having the right to email every customer you add, and for the wording of your pitch and follow-up emails. You will not use the Service for unlawful, misleading or abusive content, or in a way that damages the deliverability or reputation of your sending domain. We may suspend an account that puts our email sending reputation at risk.
When a customer unsubscribes (or a message bounces or is marked as spam), the Service stops emailing that customer immediately across all your leads. You may not attempt to circumvent this.
You are the sender of record for every email the Service sends on your behalf, and you must have a lawful basis to contact every recipient (see our Acceptable Use Policy and, for Indian recipients, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023). The Service enforces daily sending limits and a gradual warm-up ramp on every newly verified sending domain; these are not configurable by you. When a customer unsubscribes, a message bounces, or is marked as spam, sending to that address stops immediately and, for a complaint, permanently across every account on the Service — this suppression cannot be reversed. We monitor each account's rolling complaint and bounce rate and automatically pause sending for any account whose complaint rate exceeds 0.3% or bounce rate exceeds 5%, pending our review; we may also suspend or terminate an account for abuse of the Service's sending.
Plans are billed monthly in advance in Indian Rupees through Razorpay, plus GST at the applicable rate. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of leads followed up (a lead counts once its first pitch email is sent); customers, replies and notes are unlimited. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days’ notice; changes never apply to a period already paid for.
New accounts start on the Free plan with a limited monthly lead allowance. No payment details are required and the Free plan does not expire. Nothing is charged unless you upgrade to Starter or Growth.
Your customers, leads, pitches and conversation history belong to you. We process them only to provide the Service. You can export your customer list at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We aim for continuous availability and monitor the follow-up engine every few minutes. Delivery of emails depends on our email provider (Resend) and on your sending domain staying verified; we do not guarantee delivery of any individual message. Scheduled follow-ups that are delayed by an outage are sent when the Service resumes.
The Service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for lost business, lost profits or the outcome of any pitch.
You may cancel at any time from Settings; the Service continues until the end of the paid period. We may terminate for breach of these terms. After the account ends, your data remains readable for 90 days and is then deleted.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
