Your name, email address, business name, sending domain, plan and payment status. Payment card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay and never reach our servers.
The details you enter or import: name, email address, company, phone, city, notes; the follow-up emails we send on your behalf and the replies your customers send back; whether and when an email was delivered or opened (time, IP address where available).
To run the Service you signed up for: sending follow-ups, receiving replies, showing you where each lead stands. To keep the Service secure and to keep an accurate record of what was sent and received. To bill you. We do not sell data, run advertising, or use your customers’ data for anything except your account.
Emails are sent and received through Resend, our email delivery provider, from your own verified sending domain. A customer can unsubscribe from all emails from your business at any time via the link in every email.
Data is stored on servers in India and the European Union operated by our hosting providers (Hetzner, Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare, Resend) and protected by encryption in transit and at rest. Account data is kept for the life of the account plus 90 days, then deleted. Backups are encrypted and rotated within 30 days.
You can view, correct, export or delete your data from within the Service or by writing to us. Your customers can ask us to delete their data; we will confirm with you and act within 30 days.
