What you receive, and when
Account access: immediately on signing in with your email and one-time code.
Plan activation: within minutes of a successful Razorpay payment; the lead allowance appears in Settings → Plan.
Follow-up emails: sent to your customers at the times set by your ladder, checked every 5 minutes. Delivery depends on your sending domain staying verified; failed sends are shown on the lead so you can act.
Invoices: emailed on every payment, GST-compliant.
If a payment succeeded but your plan is not active within an hour, write to pitchitz@grandfieldmedia.com with the Razorpay payment id.
